Excellent service provided from initial contact to completion. Bailey in the office & Brandon in the field, together, handled my issue (shingle repair/pinning) with attentive, timely and accurate professionalism. Thank you Madd Roofing & generators.

Nick stopped by today and did a roof inspection for us. Very upfront, very professional and no pressure whatsoever. Explained everything in great detail and gave us plenty of options. Even made a couple quick repairs whe he was here. I highly recommend giving MADD Roofing a call if you want honest answers.

From start to finish, MADD Roofing provided absolute top-tier customer service during our roof replacement. Right from the beginning, they were completely honest with their pricing and expectations—no hidden fees, no sales pressure. What we appreciated most was Brandon Howard, - (Project Manager) exceptional communication. He kept us updated every step of the way and sent progress photos throughout the installation process, which gave us total peace of mind while the work was being done. To top it off, their cleanup was incredible. After the job was complete, they left our yard spotless like they were never there. No stray nails, no debris, just a beautiful new roof and the total process was a stress free experience. If you want an honest, communicative, and professional roofing company, look no further!”
Response from the owner:Thank you Stella for trusting MADD Roofing with your roof replacement! We’re thrilled Brandon’s communication and progress photos gave you peace of mind, and that our crew left your yard spotless. From clear pricing to the final cleanup, we’re glad the experience felt stress free. We’ll share your kind words with Brandon and the team. Enjoy your beautiful new roof!

Brandon was very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. They repair my dryer vent, cleaned it out and put a new top on it, they put a ventilation in my attic, they fixed the roof for my solar fan, put a drip lip on the whole roof and fixed the fascia boards. My house on the outside looks as if nobody was here all day (clean up is fantastic). I am more than happy! Job well done!!!
Response from the owner:Thank you for the wonderful review and recommendation Shelley! We’re glad Brandon and the crew took great care of your home and left everything so clean. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the team. Thank you for choosing MADD Roofing and trusting us with your home!

I bought my A/C from Madd Air about 5 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. They are the best company I have dealt with. I had a slight problem with my roof and Brandon came out and assessed the situation. David came today and made the repairs and another gentleman cleaned off my roof. All three were wonderful people to deal with. These people know what they are doing and there is never pressure from anyone. Great company. Great products. Great people.
Response from the owner:Thank you for trusting us with both your AC and roofing needs Serena! We’re happy Brandon, David, and the team made your roof repairs a positive experience. Providing knowledgeable service without pressure means a lot to us, and we appreciate your continued support over the past five years!

Brandon Howard was exceptional and his willingness to make sure that his effort was extremely thorough and complete. I would hardly recommend both Brandon and MADD roofing for their professionalism. Thank you.

Brandon Howard with Madd Roofing coordinated our composite shingle replacement on our roof and the roof jacks and eagle hawks, radiant barrier etc. We also did a solar fan addition for the attic and they even replaced some bad boards on my fireplace chimney. Brandon always answers his phone and returns messages in a timely manner. The 40 year shingles look awesome and have held up nicely through a few bad storms we’ve had since. I’ve got an odd shape to my roof and the design the layed them in looks really nice, in fact several neighbors have complimented on them. The clean up was very good and the installation team was very good as well. I recommend them should you be looking to put a roof on.
Response from the owner:Thank you for trusting MADD Roofing with your home Shanon! We’re glad Brandon kept communication easy and the crew delivered a beautiful installation and thorough cleanup. Hearing that your roof has weathered the storms well and earned compliments from neighbors is wonderful. We’ll share your kind words with the team!

I highly recommend Madd Roofing. Brandon Howard and his crew did a great job on our roof and truly showed us why they have Owens Corning Platinum status. Brandon had a lot of patience with me, explaining all the materials and going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I also met David and Jaime, who were just as professional and helpful. I am so glad I chose them, and you will be too!
Response from the owner:Thank you Paula for the awesome review and kind words! We will pass along your compliments to the whole Madd Roofing crew! Thank you for trusting us with your home!

UPDATE ...it is now time to put on a new roof..I am back to using Madd Roofing. Nick did a great job on getting me the estimate I wanted without a pushy sales call. He was here every day to check on the crew..who are full time employees (not illegal day contractors), and with me to be sure everything looked good and I was satisfied. Everything looks great, they cleaned up and double checked for nails in all the spots I had concerns with. They may be a bit pricier than others, but you get what you pay for! Previous review....LOVE working with Charlie and the guys who fixed my roof leaks! (And installed my AC and insulation) So glad I found someone who was willing and able to patch the horrible roof Ron Potok's illegal day workers put on.
Response from the owner:So glad we could help, thank you for your business!

We just had a whole home generator installed in our house by MADD Roofing and Generators. We could not be more pleased. We worked with Devin and everything throughout the process was done just as he told us it would be from the beginning. Devin kept us up to date on when and what was happening. All that came to the house were nice and cared about doing things right for the customer. The entire installation only took about a month. I was expecting a long lead time and it taking 4 to 6 months. We were so pleased at how quick and smooth everything went. We also chose MADD because we had both HVAC units and the whole roof replaced three years ago and were very pleased with MADD. Devin did not disappoint with the generator. He was what we have come to expect from the people at MADD!
Response from the owner:Thank you so much Kent for sharing such a detailed review and for continuing to trust MADD with your home! We’re thrilled to hear that Devin and the entire team made the generator installation such a smooth and positive experience. Keeping our customers informed throughout the process and doing the job right are priorities for us, so it means a lot to hear that everything went just as Devin promised!
